What is your role within Conclusion?<\/h5>\n

My name is Roel Gloudemans and I am the chief security officer of Conclusion. And that means that in practice, I’ve lost count, I certainly oversee more than thirty companies that all have their own specialization and that together provide a service for Conclusion’s customers.<\/p>\n

What is the added value of INBISCO in your ecosystem?<\/h5>\n

I had taken into account that we would be lucky to have five or six companies within INBISCO this year. I now have eighteen of them. And they see it from each other. And in our project approach, we start by creating the business model. That picture alone draws people across the border. Some of them did sign processes, usually did them with limited tools, which was difficult. Moreover, aligning everything neatly and, the academic hospitals are happy with it, with all those RSI customers. And then the process manager also helps a lot in getting started. In doing so, we are actually making a critical mass. And then we chase them away a little bit after that with IRIS, because that looks a bit more complex. The only experience is that once they get through the cold feet and actually start using it, the experiences there are only positive.<\/p>\n

Why one quality management system for the entire ecosystem?<\/h5>\n

We have a number of large companies. They have their own tools and they still do. Only of that very large number of Conclusion companies, those companies that are so mature, there are only about five or six. There are a number of companies that are a bit ahead of the rest with their INBISCO implementation. What we’re seeing now is that the rest are starting to copy from the companies that are ahead of the curve. And we see that most strongly in IRIS. Because if one person has something to do with privacy and security tickets, the rest say do me too. The same goes for our supplier assessment.<\/p>\n

Doesn’t the merger of all companies within Conclusion entail greater risks?<\/h5>\n

Of course, one of the measures you have for every risk is to limit the impact. That’s pretty natural for us. There are companies that if things go wrong, then it’s really a thing for the rest of the ecosystem as well. But we have companies that make up more than 10% of Conclusion’s total size. Of course, that has an effect. And we have smaller companies. If things go wrong, then the problem is localized. So then from the context of that one company, you’re still talking about a very serious risk. But on Conclusion as a whole, it’s not that bad.<\/p>\n

Do you have any tips for businesses that are just starting out?<\/h5>\n

Start is just with such a certification standard to read. That happens so rarely. I’ve seen quite a few companies from the inside. There have been few companies where the director himself has read an ISO 9001 or 27001 what it says.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\t\n\t\n
