iii. To provide you with information in response to the contact form/scheduling a demo;
iv. To give you the opportunity to apply for a position at Inbisco and allow us to review the application and provide you with feedback;

2. How long will your personal data be retained by us?

3. Sharing of personal data with third parties
i. Inbisco does not sell your personal data to third parties. We will only provide them with your data if necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or when we are legally bound to do so.
ii. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your personal data, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Inbisco remains responsible for these processing operations.

i. Inbisco uses cookies. Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your computer, tablet or mobile device when you first visit our website.
ii. The use of cookies cannot damage your computer, tablet or mobile device.
iii. Inbisco uses cookies for the following purposes:

Google Analytics

i. Some cookies we use are from the company Google. These cookies are part of the Google “Analytics” service. We use this service for purposes already stated in this document (see Cookies, section iii). Google provides us with analytics and intelligence about our website.
ii. Google can pass this information on to third parties, when it is legally obliged to do so or when these parties process the information on behalf of Google. Inbisco has no control over this matter.
iii. Inbisco has concluded a processor agreement with Google. The information Google gathers, is anonymized as much as possible. However, your IP address will not be hidden. Therefore, your location remains traceable.

Leadinfo

i. Inbisco uses the services of LeadInfo. We do this in order to gain insight into our business website visitors.
ii. Via the IP address, the information is linked to information that is processed in the database of Leadinfo.
iii. LeadInfo can pass this information on to third parties, when it is legally obliged to do so or when these parties process the information on behalf of LeadInfo. Inbisco has no control over this matter.

SSL Encryption

i. To establish a secure connection, Inbisco uses secure encryption methods. With SSL (Secure Socket Layer), your personal data is used only in an encrypted format on our site. This data is not accessible to others. This way, we can ensure you that your data is only visible to you and our server.
ii. We use SSL encryption on our site wherever your data is used. You can easily recognize this by the lock symbol at the bottom right or top left of your browser. The URL will also change from http:// to https://.
