Introducing: Ryan

Ryan joined INBISCO at the end of last year! We already know that he has a great sense of timing, because his first day at work was on the day of our Christmas party.
Ryan joined for a graduation internship, but until the internship starts, he is already working 2 days a week as a software engineer. It’s great that Ryan can already start working with us and we are all very much looking forward to his graduation assignment! Do you want to know what Ryan thinks about working with us? And how Ryan drinks his coffee? Then read on!

What do you do at INBISCO?

“As a software engineer, I am mainly involved in programming. Especially during the first few days, I am mainly focused on solving bugs to get to know the system well. Once my internship period starts, I will start researching to create a great new product.”

What is it like to work at INBISCO?

“Very nice, there is a lot of freedom and support to help you in the right direction. Especially because you get to work on products that are going to be used by large companies, it is nice to be able to help create something beautiful.”

What do you enjoy working on the most?

“Everything of course! Everything is still new and challenging, so that keeps me motivated to learn more and become better.”

What can we wake you up for at night?

“I’d rather you only wake me up if I’ve forgotten to set my alarm.”

Which film/book can you recommend to everyone?

“For a film I will always recommend ‘Arrival’. A great film full of mystery and Sci-Fi, with an original ending!
For a book I would recommend ‘Project Hail Mary’ by Andy Weir. Well-known author of ‘The Martian’ has simply written another incredibly fun Sci-Fi book. And as you can already read, I am a Sci-Fi fan!”

How do you drink your coffee?

“I always drink my coffee black. Mostly as an Americano, but sometimes an Espresso or Latte Macchiato for a change.”
