The RAS Administrator Training will teach you in no time how to set up and optimally use the RAS system.

The purpose of the training

RAS, the system that prompts users to think through the smart wizard and supports with the mapping of preventive or damage control measures. The administrator RAS training teaches what actions are required to set up the application correctly, including risk mitigation measures. By sitting behind the buttons yourself and going through the different possible assessments and filling in followed by the different types of assessment templates and risk categories. With the knowledge and insights gained, administrators can easily set up the system independently.

Who is this training intended for?

This training is intended for administrators who are responsible for setting up and maintaining the system RAS.

Content

  • Establishing learning objectives;
  • Discovering the INBISCO philosophy of risk management;
  • Learning how the system is structured; functionalities and associated settings;
  • The links between RAS and the other applications;
  • To fully manage and control the system.

Result

When the training is completed, the organization is ready for the improved way of working and administrators can:

  • Set up the system independently and in a coordinated manner to the needs of the organization;
  • Apply the ‘continuous improvement’ philosophy
  • Increase internal focus on risk assessment and continuous improvement monitoring
  • Simplify, make more effective and speed up the process through the ability to automatically export risk documentation and associate appropriate roles and permissions.
  • Explain the functionalities to users, from setting up a template to creating an assessment including its approval.
